Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time to post.
- Reach out to your bank – processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace jewelry items if they are damaged upon receipt. For exchange requests, email us at heidi@storyjewelryco.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the jewelry item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the return is received.
If the gift was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

To return your jewelry item, mail it to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value jewelry items, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
